Good news for Unitech Sunbreeze onwners, work has started at the site. There are 150 + workers deployed at the site. Though we need to be happy that the work has started at the site, but same time need to cautious because the work started in past as well and stopped within no time.
If we need our homes in next 3 years, we need to keep the pressure on at Unitech by writing on this blog, meeting in a group evey one month to take stock of the situation and review the process with Unitech team on a regular basis. Few weeks back, a group of Sunbreeze Owners met with Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary and team at the site office. The commitment given by the Unitech team was that they will start the possession process from Sep'2013 onwards. To me, this sounds like a distant dream as Unitech has never delivered any project at such pace; examples are Close, Harmony and many more.
The group did a good job of getting the people together, but failed to deliver on the agenda items discussed with Unitech team. They were supposed to sent MOM to Unitech team and asked them for written comfirmation on the committed dates. May I request group leaders to come into action as they have been doing for last 5-6 months.
